Don't Let Fear Creep In Now

Tickets are definitely booked. Our SDA appointment is bright and early the 16th. As I thought about the commitment and the money leaving our bank account, I began to stress over finances. Within seconds, that moment of fear about how and where all the money for our adoption would be taken care of flooded over me, and I lost sight that God is our mighty provider.

This weekend, Rachel and Caleb are working to earn whatever last bit of money they can chip into their own plane tickets. I am thinking of doing a last minute silent auction on a few things. Rachel and Julia have a few knitted and crocheted things left that I can repost.

Praying that God continues to work out these last few details.

I am so feeling exactly the same way!!! and what do you suppose appeared in my mailbox today? a hundred dollar check from someone I havent seen in a year. it will work out. and remember the new tax refund. if you have to borrow from a 401K or take a loan or whatever, you can pay it back when you get your tax refund.

Are Rachel and Julia interested in making dishclothes? I know a few people who would be interested including myself. Also, Oksana has been saving up to help Rachel and Caleb and would like to send it to them. Can you email me your post address? cathwishart@yahoo.ca

She has wanted to help other kids and has sent some to a little 3 year old girl, and her family, who has Cancer. She also wants to help buy toys for kids in the Detsky Dom she came from. I was so proud of her for her decision. When she heard about Rachel and Caleb and them getting to travel she was so excited. Anyway...as I ramble on... :) Can't wait to follow your journey back to Ukraine!

Not surprised that this happened. Satan is not our friend and does nto want us to follow God! Praying you feel peace even now.

I can hardly wait to meet A & P. I keep trying to think of what their names may be...Anastasia and Phillipe?

Like the person said above, looking foward to following your adventure to the Ukraine... especialy with Rachel.

Hi Summer,

If you wanted to make a donation you can use the "chip in" that is located on Chris's blog who is doing the prayer pillow giveaway. Thank you so much for your amazing heart.
